Our Services

Inspace provides interior design services, including consultations, project planning, 3D visualizations, and project execution. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

Services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, location, and client requirements. All services are provided in accordance with Indian laws and regulations.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project needs and preferences.
• Make timely payments as outlined in your contract or agreement.
• Grant necessary access to the project site for our team to perform services.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to project scope or requirements.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs, for which Inspace is not liable.

Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made as agreed in the project contract. Invoices are issued based on project milestones, and payment is due within the specified timeframe, typically 14 days.

Late payments may incur additional fees, and Inspace reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, renderings, and materials created by Inspace remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the intended project.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our designs without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action under Indian copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

Inspace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including delays, defects, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

We strive to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee outcomes due to factors beyond our control, such as site conditions or supplier issues.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to that point.

Inspace may terminate services if the client fails to make payments, provide access, or adhere to agreed terms. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

Legal Compliance and Regulations

By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection standards and online safety protocols. Inspace operates in accordance with international compliance requirements to ensure a safe and secure user experience.

User Responsibilities

Users are required to act lawfully and refrain from violating any local, national, or international laws while using our services. Any misuse of our platform that breaches compliance policies may result in account suspension or legal action.
